I'm Leslie Hodgson, and my mission is simple: to help independent financial advisors streamline their operations so they can focus on growth, client relationships, and doing what they do best.
With over 20 years of experience in financial services operations, I've built my career around making things easier for advisors. I've managed everything from advisor onboarding and client transitions to CRM systems, fee billing, compliance workflows, and custodial paperwork—always with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service.
I know how independent practices operate because I've been in the trenches: partnering with solo advisors, multi-advisor teams, and firm owners to clean up workflows, improve client servicing, and bring order to the back office. My approach is hands-on, detail-obsessed, and results-driven.

I began my career on the ground floor—cold-calling at
Prudential-Bache—before spending 15 years at Merrill Lynch,
where I worked alongside high-performing Financial Advisors and
served high-net-worth clients with precision and
professionalism. My background includes deep operational
knowledge, advisor support, and white-glove client servicing.
I
thrive in both small, boutique teams and larger enterprise
advisory firms. I build trust through consistency, anticipate
advisor and client needs before they arise, and add structure to
fast-moving environments without adding bureaucracy. My
reputation is built on discretion, loyalty, and delivering on
promises—hallmarks of outstanding client service in the RIA
