1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RIA Pro Support services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our virtual assistant services for Registered Investment Advisors ("Services") operated by RIA Pro Support ("us", "we", or "our").

2. Service Description

RIA Pro Support provides virtual assistant services specifically designed for Registered Investment Advisors, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative support and document management
  • Client communication assistance
  • Compliance support and regulatory assistance
  • Marketing and business development support
  • Technology integration and system management

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use our services only for lawful business purposes
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of financial information and are committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality. All client information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and maintain strict confidentiality agreements with all team members.

5. Service Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not provide investment advice or make investment decisions on behalf of clients. All investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the Registered Investment Advisor.

Service availability may be subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension.

You are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will return or securely destroy all client data as requested and in accordance with applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or illegal activities.
